Thank you for shopping at Youorus. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders, what costs and responsibilities apply, and other key details. By placing an order through Youorus, you agree to the terms below.
1. Processing Time
Once your order and payment have been confirmed, we will require 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to prepare, inspect, and pack your order for dispatch.
In some cases, such as high demand, stock delays, or special/custom orders, the processing time may extend to 4–5 business days.
However, please note that we strive to deliver all orders within 7 days. If there are any delays beyond this, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
- We ship domestically (within India) and internationally (to selected countries).
- Our carriers include reliable postal/courier services (e.g. India Post, private couriers like DHL, FedEx, etc.), depending on destination and cost optimization.
- Tracking information will be shared with you once the order is shipped.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- For domestic shipments (India), all taxes (GST etc.) are included in checkout price (unless otherwise stated).
- For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be borne by you.
- If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and handling fees.
4. Delivery & Risk Transfer
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk passes to you (the customer).
- Youorus is not liable for delays, loss, or damage due to courier errors, customs, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there is visible damage or tampering, please refuse delivery or note the damage with the courier, and inform us immediately.
5. Order Tracking
- After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use the tracking number to check the status of the shipment on the courier’s website.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking to become active.
6. Undelivered, Lost or Returned Orders
- If your courier marks the package as “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with neighbors or your local post office first. Then contact us with your order and tracking details so we can help investigate.
- If a package is returned to us (e.g. due to wrong address, refusal, or uncollected), we may offer re-shipment (you pay the shipping cost) or refund (deducting shipping and return costs).
- We are not liable for address-entry errors. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at time of placing the order.
- For international shipments returned to sender, you may have to cover return shipment and re-shipping costs to resend.
7. Change / Cancellation Before Shipment
- If you wish to change your shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us immediately.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to accommodate your request.
- Once the order is dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible, but you can follow our return policy after receiving.
